Joseph Coe founded Quick Pulse Consulting to empower organizations, and individuals with the strategic expertise and actionable insights needed to drive meaningful change in healthcare. With extensive experience in the healthcare sector, he identified a critical demand for specialized services, including patient insights, outreach, recruitment, marketing, education, and strategic business development.
Before Quick Pulse, Joseph played a key role in expanding the Global Healthy Living Foundation’s (GHLF) presence in neuroscience, establishing a patient-centered focus in migraine education, treatment, and advocacy. As Director of Education and Digital Strategy, he elevated GHLF’s social media impact and managed its podcast portfolio while hosting the popular “Talking Head Pain” podcast.
A committed advocate for both healthcare and social justice, Joseph has served as a founding board member of the Phyllis B. Frank Rockland County Pride Center and serves as a planning board member for the Village of Haverstraw, NY. He has also held leadership roles with The Helen Hayes Hospital Foundation and has deep experience in political organizing, media strategy, and crisis communications.
Joseph’s dedication to equity and justice has earned him numerous accolades, including being named to Rockland County’s Economic Development Corporation's “40 Under 40,” receiving the Public Citizen of the Year award from the National Social Workers Association, and induction into the Rockland County Human Rights Hall of Fame.
He holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Marist College and a Bachelor’s from the University at Albany, State University of New York. He is also a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) through
the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
